Returns and Exchanges

Sana Nightwear takes utmost care in creating, manufacturing, inspecting and packing the product. However if for any reason you wish to EXCHANGE your product, please see below for the terms and conditions of our exchange policies.

Cancellation & Refunds: As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. For the cancellation of any product, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order. If you chose to cancel your order post the 24 hour mark, we won't be able to process your cancellation request. Exchanges:  In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition or is different from what you had expected you may exchange the merchandise. For exchange of any product, please do it within 48 hours of receiving the order. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact & in original packaging are eligible for exchange.To exchange your order, email us at sanaapparels@gmail.com or call us at +91-22-26143165 (Mon to Sat 10am to 7pm IST).

All merchandise bought from sale, discounted, with a coupon and gift vouchers are non-exchangeable.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+1967e33d6e2f494a827e5e18c1b28441@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
